🪑 Changed Your Mind?
We totally understand. Sometimes a chair looks perfect online, but your cat disagrees.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
🚫 What We Can't Take Back
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns if:
- Your dog decided it was a chew toy.
- Your kids turned it into a spaceship.
- It has scratches, stains, or signs of use.
- It's a custom-made piece built just for you.
📦 Wrong Item or Damaged Delivery?
Oops! That's on us.

💰 Refunds
Once we inspect the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
